Our coaches have undergone appropriate training and certifications to offer personal development guidance, but do not provide professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. The client acknowledges that life coaching is a personal and professional growth process and that the outcomes of coaching are dependent on their own actions.

 

By purchasing any life coaching services from That Gay Life Coach, LLC, the client agrees that they are willingly paying for the advice, guidance, and services provided. The client acknowledges that they are fully aware of the nature of life coaching, and they voluntarily choose to engage in the process. Payments are made freely, without coercion, and with the full understanding of the terms provided.

 

The client acknowledges that life coaching is not an exact science, and results may vary. By agreeing to these terms, the client understands and accepts that no legal action may be taken against That Gay Life Coach, LLC or its representatives for any advice, guidance, or suggestions provided during coaching sessions, whether written or verbal. The client accepts full responsibility for any decisions made and outcomes experienced as a result of the coaching process.

 

All purchases of life coaching services from That Gay Life Coach, LLC are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be permitted once the payment has been made unless made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session, class, or workshop. The client understands that coaching services are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome or satisfaction with the services provided.

 

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York, and any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the state of New York.

 

By purchasing life coaching services from That Gay Life Coach, LLC, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

 

Payment for services constitutes a legally binding agreement between the client and that Gay Life Coach, LLC.
